The world is a bit dimmer today with the loss of a great statesman and American, Senator John McCain. He was a hero to many of us. Senator McCain distinguished himself by courageous acts of valor, sacrifice, and service to our nation. He was an extraordinary leader on national defense and security issues, and an ardent advocate for human rights. He delivered a signal service to our country’s lasting presence and influence in the Indo-Pacific. We rest in the sure knowledge that he is with the eternal and almighty God, and his life’s work will long be cherished and emulated.
